How To Make Matar Paneer

This is the most simplest way of making matar paneer.

Ingredients Required:  (Serves 2)


1. 250gm of green peas (Matar).

2. 100gm paneer.

3. 2 chopped tomatoes.

4. 2 chopped onions.

5. Ginger Garlic Paste.

6. Cream

7. Salt and regular spices.

8. Cooking Oil.



Method:

1. Cut the paneer into cubes.

2. Take a pan put 3-4 tsp of cooking oil. Let it heat and then put the paneer cubes into the pan and fry it till light brown from all the sides.

3. Strain out the paneer cubes from the pan and keep aside.

next,

1. Take a pan pour 3 tsp of cooking oil in it. Add the green peas, chopped onions, chopped tomatoes, ginger garlic paste 1 tsp , salt according to taste, chilly powder 1 tsp, 1/2 tsp turmeric powder. Fry it properly till cooked.

2. Put the fried paneer cubes along with the above in the pan, Mix it well and let it cook.

next,

1. Take 5-6 tbsp of rich cream and put it in a pan and add 1/4 cup drinking water into and let it boil till a little thick, add 1/2 tsp pepper powder in it.

2. Now pour the cream in the previous mixture and stir it well on a low flame. 

Garnish it with grated cheese and kaju.

"Your matar paneer is ready to be served"

You can serve it with breads - butter naan, stuffed kulcha or even pulao.
